November 8, 2015 - Mozart the chihuahua sits in the basket of a Vespa scooter after competing in a lip synching contest with owner Pam Mackey during the 12th annual Harbor Town dog show. Pets and their owners competed in a variety of events including least obedient, most glamorous, best rescue dog, best costume, tail wagging, best trick and best float along with silent auctions with all proceeds from the event benefitting the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County.
